Return by Mail
We'll gladly accept returns for any Salon Collective products upon receiving
your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to
your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do
not want the product. Return postage costs will be refunded to your credit
card. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use
the original packaging to post your product.
2. Fill out the Return Form on the reverse of your Receipt.
Include this form inside the returned package.

Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item
that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE
date. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or
product. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your
e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to
refund original postage costs.
It can take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account.
We will notify you via e-mail once your refund has been processed. Please note
that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business
days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return,
